Track Order

Every order gets a tracking link by email and SMS the moment it leaves our facility. If you have the link, use it — it is live from the courier and more current than anything we can tell you by phone.

If you have lost the tracking link

Check your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account and open the order. The tracking number is on the dispatch email as well as the invoice.

Where your order is before it ships

Bulk orders move through four stages, and you are notified at each one:

• Mockup sent — within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Mockup approved — waiting on you; nothing is produced until this happens
• In production — printing and quality check
• Dispatched — tracking link issued

Still stuck

Email printmerch.in@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you back to them.
